Planning
As the process of creating a film is completely new to our group, it was very important for us to research different camera angles for different effects on the audience. Although I studied camera angles earlier in the year of the AS course, it had been a long time and I have not had a chance to put any of the angles into practical work.
Camera Angles
costume
When it came to choosing the costume we wanted our protagonist to where, we went down the route of trying on about 10 different combinations, we later settled on a plain white tshirt, not too clean but not too dirty to make the audience think that he has chucked it on without thinking about it.
The antagonists costume was alot easier because all we needed to do was have all black, Look below at the pictures to see what the costume looked like.

Setting
When we were planning on where to film our thriller we had 4 options, London, Swindon, Bristol, Southampton. We had to take into concideration the pros and cons for the options. These included availability, distance and cost. After spending a few days trying to decide on the location we settled on Swindon because we all live close to it and we could easily get there.
Below are some pictures of the location where we filmed the thriller opening...
Brunel Shopping Car Park
Cast
Protagonist
Antagonist
Name: George Hood
Age: 16
Height 6ft 3in
This is a picture of me as i was chosen to be the actor for our protagonist, we desided on this because i was tall, we wanted to make the protagonist tall to he looks bigger in shots of just him but still smaller when in shot with the antagonist.
Name: Jordan Brown
Age: 16
Height 6ft 1in
This is a picture of our antagonist, we choose to use him for our hooded man because he had the figure, he was tall and bulky which we wanted for our actor. He looked very daunting when he tried the clothes on because of his structure.
Equipment
Camera
Tripod
This is the camera that we used to film our production, we got this camera because we wanted the quality of the video to be the best it could be to make our audience enjoy it more than if it was in a bad resolution.
We originally had a very poor camera that wasnt reliable to us so we bought this new one. It is a different camera to the one we used in our prelim because of probleems in our group with other members but we

Soundtrack
To go with our movie, the right soundtrack needed to be picked. The music within our thriller, has to go perfectly with the movement and acting otherwise it could give the effect of being tacky and unprofessional. We searched many different websites to find the appropriate soundtrack for our thriller...
In the end we narrowed it down to two soundtracks, they are both below...
Soundtrack 1
Soundtrack 2
Final Soundtrack
The final soundtrack we chose was the second one (click play button to listen) because we felt it would match to the opening the best. In the production we tried to sync the soundtrack to its best fit so its keeps the audience think there is going to be something happening when the beat drops or increases in pace.
